Wessex Learning Trust Logo

We are a values-driven organisation where Everyone Matters in Making a Difference through Working Together.

The Wessex Learning Trust employs around 1100 people across both teaching and non-teaching roles, in full-time and part-time positions. Each individual plays an essential role in delivering our Trust targets and objectives, helping to enhance the learning and experience of our 6000 pupils across 23 schools, 12 preschools, teacher training centre, and leisure centre facility.

Our aim is to make the Wessex Learning Trust an organisation where people feel proud and passionate about their work in making a difference to future generations, where individuals and school teams are trusted with responsibility and are accountable for what they do, and where the development, diversity and wellbeing of our people is recognised as being as important as that of our learners.
