School Supply Voucher Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
1.1 The £250 Voucher Draw (the “Draw”) is open to individuals who are legal residents of England and Wales and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Supporting Education Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw.
Entry Period
2.1 The Draw will commence on 21st of August 2023 at 12:00 AM GMT and end on October 31st 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT (the “Entry Period”).
2.2 All eligible entries must be received within the Entry Period to be considered for the Draw.
Entry Method
3.1 To enter the Draw, participants must complete the designated survey in its entirety. The survey can be accessed here.
3.2 Each participant is allowed only one entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
4.1 The winner of the Draw will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
4.2 The draw will take place within five (5) business days after the Entry Period ends.
4.3 The selected winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the draw.
4.4 If the winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days, an alternative winner may be selected at Supporting Education Group’s discretion.
Prize
5.1 The winner will receive £250 worth of School Supply vouchers (the “Prize”).
5.2 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
5.3 Supporting Education Group reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of the original Prize.
Publicity
6.1 By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to allow Supporting Education Group to use their name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
General Conditions
7.1 Supporting Education Group reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Supporting Education Group reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw or these Terms and Conditions for any reason and at any time without prior notice.
7.3 By participating in the Draw, participants agree to release and hold Supporting Education Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, liabilities, or losses of any kind arising in connection with the Draw or the Prize.
Governing Law
8.1 The Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Data Protection
9.1 Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Draw and will be handled in accordance with Supporting Education Group’s privacy policy.
