Prize Draw Terms & Conditions – Survey Completion Prize Draw

1) Promoter 

The promoter is Supporting Education Group of 98 Theobald’s Road, London, WC1X 8WB. 

2) Acceptance of Terms 

By entering this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

3) Eligibility 

  1. The Prize Draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who complete the Promoter’s survey during the Entry Period (defined below), except:  
  • employees, officers, or contractors of the Promoter or its group companies; 
  • employees, officers, or contractors of any agents or suppliers directly involved in administering the Prize Draw; and 
  • immediate family members or household members of the above.

2. The Prize Draw is intended for representatives of UK school trusts / Multi-Academy Trusts. If you are unsure whether you are eligible, please contact branding@supportingeducation.com 

4) Entry Period 

  1. The Prize Draw opens at 16:00 on 9th April and closes at 18:00 on Friday 8th May. 
  2. Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible. 

 

5) How to Enter 

  1. To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit this survey during the Entry Period. 
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter. 
  3. One entry per person. Multiple entries, bulk entries, entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates, or automatically generated entries (including via scripts or bots) are not permitted and may be disqualified. 
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry validity (including requesting proof of identity and/or eligibility).

 

6) Prizes 

There will be six winners in total: 

  1. First Prize (1 winner): One £200 Amazon.co.uk eGift Card (or voucher) intended to be used for the winner’s trust/organisation. 
  2. Runner-Up Prizes (5 winners): Five £60 Amazon.co.uk eGift Cards (or vouchers), one per winner, intended to be used for the winner’s trust/organisation. 

 

Prize conditions: 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available. 
  • The Promoter may substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary to do so. 
  • Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon vouchers/eGift Cards are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. 

 

7) Winner Selection 

  1. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 
  2. The draw will take place within 10 working days of the close of the Entry Period, on or around Friday 29th May, 2026. 
  3. The random selection will be conducted using a process that the Promoter reasonably considers to be fair and impartial. 

 

8) Winner Notification and Claiming 

  1. Winners will be contacted using the details provided in the survey (typically email) within 15 working days of the draw. 
  2. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide any information reasonably required for prize fulfilment (for example, confirmation of the email address to receive an eGift card and the name of the trust/organisation). 
  3. If a winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is not eligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. 
  4. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted or does not receive communications due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or other issues outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. 

 

9) Prize Delivery 

  1. Prizes will be delivered by email (eGift card) or as otherwise agreed within 3 working days of the winner successfully claiming the prize. 
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the winner. 

 

10) Publicity 

  1. Winners may be asked (but are not obliged) to take part in reasonable publicity related to the Prize Draw. 
  2. The Promoter will not publish winners’ personal data (such as full names or email addresses) without consent. 

 

11) Data Protection and Privacy 

  1. The Promoter will process personal data provided by entrants for the purposes of:  
  • administering the Prize Draw (including verifying eligibility, contacting winners, delivering prizes); and 
  • maintaining a record of the Prize Draw for audit/compliance purposes. 

2. The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including UK GDPR) and the Promoter’s privacy notice. 

3. Survey responses: Survey responses will be analysed in aggregate and, where possible, separated from identifying information. 

4. The Promoter may share personal data with third parties only to the extent necessary for Prize Draw administration (e.g., prize fulfilment providers).

5. Entrants have rights in relation to their personal data (including access, correction, and deletion) as set out in the privacy notice. Please note that deletion requests may affect the Promoter’s ability to administer the Prize Draw. 

12) Liability 

  1. The Promoter does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. 
  2. Subject to the above, the Promoter will not be liable for:  
  • any loss or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Prize Draw or acceptance/use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence; or 
  • technical failures, system issues, network problems, website/survey downtime, or other events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control that may prevent entry or disrupt the Prize Draw. 

 

13) Disqualification and Fraud 

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it reasonably believes the entrant has: 

  • breached these Terms & Conditions; 
  • provided false information; 
  • engaged in fraudulent conduct; or 
  • attempted to unfairly influence the draw or outcome. 

 

14) Changes and Cancellation 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
  2. Any changes will be communicated via email where reasonably practicable. 

 

15) Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
