Supporting Education will be a Gold Partner at the Optimus MAT Summit at the end of November. Supporting Education will run a panel discussion on Creating Future Fit People Strategies and exhibit and host a table at the event’s gala dinner.
Led by Supporting Education’s Education Talent Solutions Director, Penny Swain and featuring contributions from Caroline Cusselle (Head of Education HR Services, Strictly Education), Nick Mort (Director, Futures Teaching Alliance), Chris Ludlow (Head of Partnerships, Best Practice Network) and Gary Wilkie (CEO, Learning in Harmony Trust), the panel will tackle a wide range of the issues which are shaping (or sometimes being missed) by MAT’s People Strategies.
At the event we will be inviting trusts to take the People Strategy conversation further by booking a free Future-Fit People Strategy Workshop. These workshops trusts’ current situation and future people needs. Led by Supporting Education talent experts, MAT leaders will have the opportunity to reflect on the development of their People Strategy in and informed and supportive environment.
How it works
- Preliminary meeting to identify areas of concern and opportunity to define the content and make-up of the workshop.
- Half-day on-site or virtual workshop session with key trust SLT, hosted by relevant Supporting Education Group sector experts, exploring the critical elements of a future-fit people strategy.
- Summary report, including proposed solutions delivered by Supporting Education Group.
The event is now entirely sold out. However, if you haven’t been lucky enough to secure a ticket, we will report on the panel discussion’s highlights and the questions and insights MAT leaders provided after the event. If you are attending, we hope to see you there and get the opportunity to discuss how you plan to make your people strategy future-fit for the next five years.
