The Challenge

Fielding Primary School is a four-form entry maintained school in the London Borough of Ealing, supporting more than 1,000 pupils and 130 staff. The school’s existing budgeting system was difficult to navigate, lacked robust reporting capabilities and made key financial processes, including payroll reconciliations, challenging and time-consuming.

The Solution

Following a tender process, Fielding Primary School selected SBS Financial Planner. Already used by a number of schools across the borough, the system offered the functionality, reporting capabilities and local authority compatibility the school required. Since implementation, the finance team has been able to streamline budgeting processes and gain greater confidence in its financial data.
