About Caroline
I started my career as a teacher and have spent over 27 years in roles supporting the education sector. I know first‑hand that educators succeed, and have lasting impact when they are engaged, supported, and able to do their best work.
SEG exists to power that core.
Providing the engine that helps schools, nurseries, and trusts grow, support, and develop their people.
My focus as CEO is to lead a team that listens, innovates, and provides solutions that help educators focus on what matters most – the pupils.
