SEG Insights Summit: Managing AI Risk in Schools and Trusts

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be completed through the official registration process. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure a place at the event.

Tickets are issued to the individual named at registration.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your place to a colleague within your organisation. Requests must be made in writing prior to the event and are subject to approval.

3. Event Access and Delivery

This is a virtual event. Access details will be provided in advance of the event date.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they have suitable internet access and technical capability to join the event.

SEG is not responsible for any technical issues experienced by attendees.

4. Changes to the Programme

SEG reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, including speakers, session content and timings, where necessary.

Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Recording and Content Use

The event may be recorded. By attending, you agree that your participation may be included in recordings.

Recordings and event materials may be shared with attendees after the event and may be used by SEG for future educational or promotional purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All event materials remain the property of Supporting Education Group or the relevant speakers.

Materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided during registration will be used to manage your attendance and provide relevant event information.

Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and SEG’s privacy policy.

8. Liability

SEG will not be liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from circumstances outside of its control.
